On November 26, from exactly 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, a free mega medical camp was conducted at the higher secondary section of GVHSS Pathiripala School. The event was organized collaboratively by NMC Hospital Pathiripala, the NSS unit of the higher secondary section of Pathiripala School, and the trainee teachers of NSS Training College.

During the camp, checks for HP, uric acid, sugar, and blood pressure (BP) were conducted. After the checks, there were consultations with doctors followed by the distribution of free medicines. Various teachers from the school, parents of the students, and residents of Pathiripala availed the free medical check-up. Subsequently, free check-ups were conducted for higher secondary students as well. The free medical camp extended approximately till 2:00 PM.

A Physical Education Programme was conducted at KPSMMHSS Varode by NSS training college trainees in collaboration with SSVCTE trainees. The programme aimed to promote physical fitness, teamwork, and understanding of a healthy lifestyle among higher secondary students. The session was led by 𝗡𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗵, a dynamic student from the Plus One Science class. The programme included warm-up sessions, main activities, and an educational talk by 𝗡𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗵. The event received enthusiastic participation and positive feedback from students and faculty. The NSSTC and SSVCTE trainees were commended for their meticulous planning and execution. Nimah's leadership was appreciated for her engaging approach.

AVMHSS CHUNANGAD

In connection with the blue army club of NSS training college ottapalam,we teacher trainees conducted a seminar on the topic *"WATER CONSERVATION AWARENESS"* followed by a test consisting of 10 questions in grade 8 at 11:45 am. The seminar focused on recent scenarios like water pollution, drought and climate change that led to cyclones and flood etc. The lecture given emphasized on conservation methods, one should follow to conserve water for future.

In connection with the blue army club of NSS training college Ottapalam , we the teacher trainees conducted a seminar on the topic WATER CONSERVATION AWARENESS with the title "AQUASAVA". A discussion about the importance of water conservation was generated in which the students actively participated. The seminar focused on the causes and consequences of water scarcity and the steps that can be done by us to conserve water. Followed by the awareness class a quiz competition on water conservation was also done.
