Biology lab cleaning.

During the fourth period, we cleansed the Biology lab. As it was filled with garbages, we took an initiative to clean the lab. Accordingly we removed all the waste materials from there.

We conducted a seminar on millets on 8 November 2024 at IT Lab. We were the judges for the same. The programme started at 11 am and the participants were presented their prepared material like charts and pictures etc. The Harya from 10:B got first prize on the seminar.

We conducted an awareness class related to Water Conservation on 25/11/24, Monday.The class was held at 10.45 AM among students of grade 8 B. PowerPoint Presentation was also exhibited while taking class. Students enjoyed it and at the same time understood the importance of conserving water.


Hss Ananganadi

A free eye test camp was organized at HSS Ananganadi and NSS College on Monday, November 25, 2024, at 10 am in the school auditorium. This initiative was a collaborative effort between Samagra Wellness Education Society, Zains Eye Hospital, and the NSS unit of the school. A team of renowned eye specialists conducted the camp, which was well-attended by staff and students.

Palliative Day

The Palliative Club in collaboration with NSS Unit- 301 and IQAC organised a week long commemoration event at the college spanning from 16-01-2024 to 22-01-2024. On 16 th January 2024, a fund collection drive was conducted, raising contributions for palliative case initiatives. On 17 th January 2024, a collection drive for clothes was organised, with generous participation from the students of the college.Class representatives were in charge of collecting the clothings from their respective classes.Finally the collected clothing items were donated to Polygarden, Lakkidi, contributing to the welfare of those in need.

Food Fest

Nss unit of our College hosted a food fest and film festival on March 25, 2024. The food fest spanned from 9 am to 12:30 pm. The event commenced with an inauguration by the college principal, Dr. Ampili Aravind, followed by a welcome speech by Drishya. Dr. Lakshmi, the staff secretary, delivered a facilitation speech, and the formal program concluded with Athira delivering the vote of thanks . Following the formalities, the college enjoyed a bustling food fest featuring 12 unique stalls representing different classes, catering to the enthusiastic participation of students, faculty, and staff. The event concluded successfully with great enthusiasm. In the afternoon, the NSS unit arranged a film festival in the seminar hall, featuring the screening of the recent Malayalam hit movie "Bramayugam."
