As a part of National Space day celebration a pencil drawing competition was conducted on the topic "Man in space" by NSS volunteers .

As a part of national space day celebration, We conducted short essay writing competition on topic " *Is future  space exploration good for mankind?"*  at Highschool  level  and poster making competition on the topic " *life in space"* at UP level on 23/08/2024 at 1 pm in noon meal hall. Space day provided a platform for all the students who are enthusiastic to showcase their talents by articulating their thoughts. 
Anurudh U got first prize at UP level in poster making competition  and Souparnika P got first prize for short essay writing competition.

As part of National Space Day celebration, we conducted a quiz programme for highschool and VHSE students. A video presentation is arranged for UP students.

A cleanliness drive was organized at HSS Anangannadi on August 23, with the aim of maintaining a clean and hygienic environment in the school. The drive focused on cleaning the school premises and assembly ground. The plastic wastes were segregated and disposed seperately.

Mathematics Quiz was conducted for UP level students, to select students for Sub District Mathematics Quiz competition.The competition was held at 5 C classroom in HSS Ananganadi on 23 /08/24 - Friday at 2 pm.30 children were participated in the Quiz competition.First place was secured by Ashhad 6E. Second and third place goes to Dhiyan Kassim 5B and Archana 6 D.

Palliative Day

The Palliative Club in collaboration with NSS Unit- 301 and IQAC organised a week long commemoration event at the college spanning from 16-01-2024 to 22-01-2024. On 16 th January 2024, a fund collection drive was conducted, raising contributions for palliative case initiatives. On 17 th January 2024, a collection drive for clothes was organised, with generous participation from the students of the college.Class representatives were in charge of collecting the clothings from their respective classes.Finally the collected clothing items were donated to Polygarden, Lakkidi, contributing to the welfare of those in need.

Food Fest

Nss unit of our College hosted a food fest and film festival on March 25, 2024. The food fest spanned from 9 am to 12:30 pm. The event commenced with an inauguration by the college principal, Dr. Ampili Aravind, followed by a welcome speech by Drishya. Dr. Lakshmi, the staff secretary, delivered a facilitation speech, and the formal program concluded with Athira delivering the vote of thanks . Following the formalities, the college enjoyed a bustling food fest featuring 12 unique stalls representing different classes, catering to the enthusiastic participation of students, faculty, and staff. The event concluded successfully with great enthusiasm. In the afternoon, the NSS unit arranged a film festival in the seminar hall, featuring the screening of the recent Malayalam hit movie "Bramayugam."
