On 26th June 2025, NSS Unit 301 of NSS Training College, Ottapalam, organized an Anti-Drug Awareness Talk in observance of the International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking. NSS Training College, Ottapalam, celebrated the International Day of Yoga on 21st June 2025 at the College Open Auditorium from 6:30 am to 8:30 am.  As it was the last day of the 4 day  camp " Thanima ", it was convenient for the students to attend it on early morning. The event was organized to promote the importance of yoga in daily life under the theme " Yoga for One Earth, One Health ." The session was graced by Prof. (Dr.) Seema Menon K P ,  who served as the resource person.   The programme included a series of sessions such as warm-up exercises, yoga asanas, pranayama, and meditation. Students participated actively, embracing the benefits of physical and mental well-being through yoga.  The initiative emphasized holistic health and unity with nature.  The event concluded on a positive and rejuvenating note.
